This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Formulate and implement the sales strategy for acquiring new accounts, both directly and through collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Accountable for enhancing customer acquisition by engaging with existing or cultivated networks of prominent organizational leaders.
• Provide leadership throughout the process, from initial contact through strategy formulation, proposal development, presentation delivery, and successful closure.
• Conduct research and analysis of prospect/client goals and objectives.
• Generate insights that create opportunities to educate the prospect/client on innovative strategies to achieve their objectives.
• Present client-focused solutions that address client goals and foster two-way communication.
• Create tailored sales strategies for prospects, including defining goals, assessing competitive positioning, and managing client relationships.
• Actively network using both traditional and social media strategies to cultivate relationships within target accounts.
• Develop territory plans and establish a pipeline of target accounts to fulfill current and future growth objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of high-level strategic selling experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in hospitality services and/or operations is preferred, with specific expertise in the senior living sector considered particularly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with substantial hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
• Capability to think, plan, and sell strategically; embody a consultative, customer-focused sales philosophy.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and influence key decision-makers, both internally and externally.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Team-oriented selling approach and leadership capabilities in a non-reporting structure.
