This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers: Identify, pursue, and onboard new enterprise clients by utilizing PA’s analytics platform, industry expertise, and network of partnerships.
• Formulate and implement strategies that generate measurable growth in the pipeline and boost new member acquisition.
• Sustain a strong business development pipeline—at least 3 times the annual target—through a combination of self-sourced leads, referrals, and market insights.
• Lead high-level discussions with key decision-makers to identify challenges, provide insights, and align PA’s solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product Management, Member Advisory, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution from opportunity to implementation.
• Work alongside internal leaders to enhance go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value delivery frameworks.
• Encourage disciplined utilization of CRM and analytics tools to maintain data integrity, forecast precision, and actionable insights across teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the range of packaging offerings, using industry knowledge and supply chain experience to provide valuable insights and thought leadership in complex scenarios.
• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or environments driven by spend analytics.
• A strong grasp of indirect procurement managed spend programs or procurement optimization models.
• Capability to leverage an established network and industry credibility to expedite pipeline generation and new member acquisition.
• Proven success in building and monetizing a personal network of executive-level relationships within transportation, logistics, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or related sectors.
• Experience with large, geographically diverse customer organizations with multiple locations or decentralized purchasing behaviors.
• Evidence of developing and nurturing a transferable network of industry relationships that can be utilized to create new opportunities.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret spend data, identify inefficiencies, and convert insights into growth opportunities.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders across corporate procurement, operations, and decision-makers at the location level.
• Consistently surpass activity and pipeline generation targets through disciplined prospecting initiatives.
• Identify and target untapped market opportunities to foster sustainable revenue growth.
• Ability to function in a performance-oriented environment linked to revenue, GPV growth, and gram adoption metrics.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
• Significant upside directly correlated to performance.
