This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive expansion in the premium hair extension market within the professional beauty sector.
• Develop and oversee distribution partnerships to enhance brand visibility in salons.
• Foster long-lasting relationships throughout the professional beauty landscape.
• Serve as a vital link between our brand and regional/national distributors, salon chains, and independent stylists.
• Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities in the professional beauty field.
• Manage existing distribution partnerships to enhance sell-in and sell-through rates.
• Create and implement quarterly business strategies to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the beauty, haircare, or CPG sectors.
• Demonstrated success in working with or managing beauty distributors and salon-focused retail channels.
• Comprehensive understanding of the professional beauty ecosystem, including stylists, educators, and salons.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and nurturing long-term business relationships.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with strong initiative, accountability, and the capability to work independently.
• Availability to travel 50–60% for in-person meetings, events, and trade shows.
• Passionate about beauty, emerging hair trends, and supporting salon professionals.
• Experience in the hair extension category is a significant advantage.
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
• Competitive base salary of $85,000 along with an attractive Sales Incentive Plan.
