This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to guarantee exceptional client service across the team.
• Spearhead new business initiatives through lead generation, prospect evaluation, and relationship cultivation utilizing conferences, referrals, job boards, cold outreach, and various other channels.
• Expand existing accounts by employing strategic account planning, fostering strong client relationships, and proactively resolving issues.
• Take ownership of team KPIs and performance metrics to ensure balanced workloads and establish clear, quarterly-monitored objectives.
• Oversee pricing, quotes, proposals, and contract negotiations to achieve team sales goals.
• Meet personal and team revenue objectives, achieving quarterly targets and promoting year-over-year growth.
• Craft and propose innovative ideas to drive growth within the department and the overall company.
• Supervise the development and delivery of client-facing presentations.
• Establish and maintain sales processes that optimize revenue generation and foster long-term partnership success.
• Foster a competitive and supportive team culture that prioritizes client success and enduring relationships.
• Provide clear and consistent verbal and written feedback regarding performance, expectations, and initiatives.
• Train and mentor new hires to effectively advise clients, present services, and manage objections.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management.
• Preferred experience in managing a healthcare sales team.
• Experience within the physician recruitment industry is preferred.
• A proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment sales.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to and collaborate effectively with healthcare employers/organizations.
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing sales personnel.
• Strong history of meeting sales, revenue, quota, and margin targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Capability to build and manage strategic client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving issues and problem-solving in a dynamic sales environment.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset when working with colleagues and direct reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
