This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Brook’s revenue target and forecasting.
• Personally lead the most significant and strategic health-system and clinic negotiations.
• Act as the executive sponsor for the team’s most critical opportunities.
• Enhance pricing, positioning, and proof points to accelerate and standardize the sales process.
• Lead, mentor, and recruit Sales Directors.
• Guide Sales Directors in managing their own deals.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, deal assessments, and forecasting meetings.
• Onboard new Sales Directors using the replicable playbook.
• Manage the sales strategy across small clinics, mid-sized groups, and large health systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and delivery leadership to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
• Represent Brook to clinical, financial, and technology executives.
• Oversee sales unit economics, including acquisition costs, sales cycles, win rates, and deal sizes.
• Manage Sales Operations, including HubSpot, pipeline management, and forecasting analytics.
• Create sales materials, proof points, presentations, and responses to RFPs.
• Incorporate field insights into marketing, product, and pricing enhancements.
• Lead Brook’s sales organization as part of the leadership team.
• Demonstrated personal success in achieving and exceeding quotas in healthcare sales, including health systems, provider groups, or clinics.
• Proven experience in building and leading teams that consistently meet quota.
• In-depth knowledge of the purchasing processes of small, mid-sized, and large health systems and clinics.
• Proficient understanding of sales-motion unit economics.
• Capability to codify and replicate a successful sales approach across teams and markets.
• Experience in leading an AI-driven sales strategy, utilizing AI for prospecting, account research, deal preparation, and RFPs, with human oversight.
• Strong, credible communication skills with executive healthcare decision-makers and internal teams.
• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare sales.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading sales teams to achieve quota.
• Proven track record in selling healthcare services or software to health systems and clinics.
• Experience in scaling a successful sales process from a few Sales Directors to a larger team.
• Background in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
