• Create and execute strategic account plans aimed at enhancing sales and revenue.
• Develop tools and concepts to enhance the selling experience of national account customers for Vertical Bridge products and services.
• Build and sustain robust working relationships with key account holders and clients.
• Evaluate leasing and development metrics to assess sales potential and track performance.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze sales as well as customer satisfaction metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with Regional Leasing Managers to identify revenue targets and growth opportunities.
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
• Regularly update the sales pipeline and maintain its accuracy.
• Accountable for meeting annual goals and preparing plans and progress reports to showcase the ability to meet budget expectations.
• Maintain Salesforce for contact records and documentation related to all meetings, calls, and emails.
• Develop creative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing and internal teams to promote revenue growth.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends as well as best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing large, national-level business accounts is required; 7+ years is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in wireless sales.
• Prior experience with tower and/or other communication infrastructure is preferred.
• Background in Real Estate or a related business is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics with a proven track record of sales success.
• Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, along with the ability to work independently under strict deadlines.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
