• Oversee the Daily Executive Briefings (crafted in the CEO's voice), which involves writing, reviewing, editing, formatting, posting, updating the production tracker, and conducting interviews.
• Produce clear, impactful written materials, documents, or presentations that enable senior leadership to understand intricate issues and make swift decisions. This content may encompass a monthly newsletter, weekly news service, various databases, long-form reports, weekly roundtable executive case study webinars, and profiles for states, service provider organizations, and specific innovative programs.
• Supervise the production cycle for market intelligence service lines, focusing on editorial planning, topic selection, content creation, layout, editing, and publication.
• Investigate and apply new editorial strategies regarding publication content for the organization and clients based on topics, projects, or campaigns.
• Assess and modify publications to meet OPEN MINDS’ standards for style, tone, and length, while ensuring accurate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Mentor and develop writing staff to meet organizational benchmarks; Assist writers in choosing and finalizing artwork, photography, and text for publication.
• A minimum of four years of experience in managing digital content production within online publishing, mobile applications, and/or subscription services, accompanied by relevant marketing expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the health and human services sector.
• Excellent research abilities, with the capability to conduct independent inquiries, analyze results, and generate reports containing pertinent information for OPEN MINDS subscribers.
• Must possess the ability to comprehend and interpret complex health care policies, technologies, and data within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in writing thought leadership articles is preferred.
