This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead business development strategies and drive revenue growth within an assigned market that encompasses one or more states.
• Implement regional strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, development, and accountability for Business Development Executives.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability, execution, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct individual coaching sessions, field observations, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and nurturing sales talent.
• Maintain and expand strategic portfolios of key law firm partnerships.
• Create and execute market business plans that align with regional and company growth objectives.
• Drive new business development while enhancing existing law firm relationships.
• Boost utilization of Libra Solutions products and services.
• Oversee strategic account planning for high-value clients.
• Build relationships with attorneys, medical providers, strategic partners, and influencers in the personal injury industry.
• Lead cross-selling initiatives among Plaintiff Medical, Plaintiff Funding, and future Libra Solutions offerings.
• Collaborate with Provider Development, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Shared Services to optimize customer growth.
• Identify opportunities for CMS integration and workflow enhancements.
• Spot strategic partnerships that foster long-term revenue growth.
• Take ownership of market revenue performance across Plaintiff Medical and Plaintiff Funding.
• Set market goals, forecasts, and action plans to meet annual revenue targets.
• Track pipeline activity and sales performance using Salesforce.
• Ensure BDEs carry out business development, prospecting, customer engagement, and follow-up tasks.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and performance metrics to adapt sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience with a proven history of leading high-performing teams.
• Willing to travel 50% or more within the region.
• Experience in legal, personal injury, or funding sectors is advantageous.
• Capability to effectively meet goals while working remotely in a self-directed environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling; driven by goals and targets.
• Openness to both selling and managing a team.
• Organized, persistent, and equipped with creative problem-solving skills.
