This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster strong relationships with Equity Compensation clients while establishing effective internal collaborations that enhance service delivery.
• Hold primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of institutional equity compensation plan clients.
• Nurture connections with key decision-makers and steer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Enhance operational efficiency, ensure plan profitability, drive client retention, loyalty, revenue growth, and encourage product and service utilization.
• Oversee client satisfaction and facilitate the prompt resolution of client concerns.
• Analyze revenue and expense indicators and take proactive measures to boost client profitability.
• Develop and negotiate contract renewals through proactive engagement or formal rebidding processes.
• Collaborate with business partners to expand households and conversions while providing education and communication to participants and clients.
• Deliver a formal plan review for each client, addressing their service needs and potential opportunities.
• Offer guidance to clients regarding equity compensation plans and best practices within the industry.
• Assist with corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, splits, divestitures, and spin-offs.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to members of the client service team.
• Preferred college degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Capability to obtain Series 7 & 63/65 licenses within the first three months of employment.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Relationship Management or Client Service, ideally within Equity Compensation, Retirement, or 401(k) sectors.
• A transparent and credible presence in the Equity Compensation field.
• Having a Certified Equity Professional designation is advantageous.
• A strategic viewpoint on comprehensive employee benefit solutions for large enterprises.
• Highly developed communication, project management, consulting, and leadership abilities.
• Consultative skills to understand and address client business requirements.
• Capability to thrive in a matrix management setting.
• Ability to establish credibility both internally and externally across all organizational levels.
• Strong client relationship management skills involving HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement areas.
• Aptitude for seeking feedback, anticipating challenges, and proactively delivering solutions.
• Strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively.
• Proficient presentation, influence, and negotiation skills.
