This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Developing and implementing the international sales strategy
• Collaborating with the Chief Sales Officer to craft a global sales approach
• Inspiring and guiding a team of Regional Directors and Sales/Country Managers
• Formulating strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives
• Fostering a culture of success and continuous business growth
• Overseeing customer expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction
• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading successful software sales teams
• Experience in managing teams of over 40 sales professionals
• Proven track record of guiding teams to secure enterprise and 6+ figure contracts
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
