• Assist in New Business & Organic Growth: Spearhead the strategy formulation for pitches and proposals, collaborate with account leaders to pinpoint and cultivate organic growth prospects, craft positioning and messaging for new ventures, and develop engaging storylines.
• Lead Initial Strategy Development: Create briefs, facilitate workshops, and distill inputs into a clear strategic direction.
• Propel Earned-First Ideation: Collaborate with teams to generate ideas, ensuring they are culturally relevant and feasible.
• Transform Insight into Action: Evaluate research and market trends, converting inputs into actionable strategies.
• Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with various teams, contribute to creative briefs, and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
• Promote Strategic Excellence: Improve strategy across new business and early-stage efforts, sharing frameworks and tools.
• Over 8 years of experience in communications strategy.
• Required experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical communications.
• Familiarity with patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences.
• Proven experience in supporting or leading new business initiatives and pitch strategies.
• Skilled in developing creative briefs and facilitating workshops with both clients and internal teams.
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Experience with integrated communications across earned, social, digital, and paid media.
• Knowledge of how to link cultural trends, media changes, and emerging technologies (including AI) to strategy.
• A collaborative mindset with the capability to work across various departments.
