This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic partner to the President and the executive leadership team, enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, and business outcomes.
• Coach, influence, and challenge leaders to make informed decisions regarding organization, talent, culture, and resource priorities.
• Identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities that affect execution, growth, and employee engagement.
• Oversee workforce planning, operating model, and organizational design decisions to ensure the business possesses the capabilities, capacity, and structure necessary to implement its strategy.
• Spearhead organizational transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing agility, accountability, productivity, and business performance.
• Collaborate with leaders to anticipate future talent and capability requirements, particularly those driven by technology, AI, and evolving market demands.
• Enhance leadership capabilities essential for current and future business needs through talent assessments, succession planning, and executive coaching.
• Identify, nurture, and fast-track high-potential talent while fostering leadership and team effectiveness across the organization.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, innovation, growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the people strategy for organizational change, encompassing business transformations, leadership transitions, and growth initiatives.
• Advocate for employee engagement and communication, translating employee feedback into actionable improvements and enhanced experiences.
• Promote the adoption and effective utilization of AI-enabled tools and working methodologies across the organization while leveraging technology to enhance workforce effectiveness and HR impact.
• Direct and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring the delivery of strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and integrated people solutions.
• Proven experience as a senior HR executive collaborating directly with executive leadership teams.
• Extensive expertise in organizational design, leadership development, change management, employee engagement, and executive coaching.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to define talent and organization strategies to meet business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and cultural change initiatives.
• Experience in building leadership capabilities and high-performing teams within a growing organization.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders while establishing strong relationships and credibility.
• Proven track record of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
• Preferred experience in technology, software, SaaS, or growth companies.
