• Works alongside HR Business Partners to address and resolve employee relations matters.

• Oversees and reports on employee relation matters, implementing strategies to mitigate such issues.
• Identifies key HR metrics to monitor and analyze, supporting informed business and strategic decisions.
• Collaborates with the management team and internal groups to create effective employee communication programs, both formal and informal.
• Utilizes emerging technologies and effective tools to capture essential data for business and human capital decisions.
• Elevates the HR function to a level of respect among all internal clients, positioning it as a service-oriented organization dedicated to supporting business needs.
• Determines appropriate staffing resources to meet objectives and goals.
• Develops a strong senior leadership team through mentoring and formal training focused on management and project management principles.
• Establishes annual Key Performance Indicators in alignment with corporate goals.
• Guides and mentors senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategic approaches.
• Directs and advises senior leaders on all HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, recruitment, terminations, compensation, and rewards.
• Holds accountability for the strategic design, execution, and collective results, along with contributions from others.
• Responsible for achieving high employee satisfaction and retention; leads the development of initiatives within the group to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Directs and influences change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies across functions.
• Capable of leading and collaborating with external and internal customers and stakeholders to address issues and ensure organizational alignment to drive customer success.
• Prepares and manages the assigned budget; analyzes variances and initiates corrective measures to optimize operational performance.
• May lead projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Occasional travel for business may be required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Over fifteen (15) years of experience in progressive HR management roles, ideally with nationwide teams.
• At least ten (10) years of leadership experience managing teams.
• HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to achieve business results while effectively collaborating with management and employees.
• Extensive experience leading successful HR teams recognized for being proactive and service-oriented by both management and employees.
• Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing both quantitative data and qualitative insights to identify issues and create innovative solutions.
• Expertise in Global Workforce Productivity, employee analytics, and demographic insights, tailoring programs to meet employee needs.
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; capable of simplifying complex information to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with centralized HR functions, processes, and procedures.
• Proficiency in program and project management.
• Must demonstrate a fundamental curiosity for personal growth and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and "executive presence," with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and translate complex issues into clear, concise communications.
