โ€ข At least 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer service and benefits

โ€ข A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, ideally within a healthcare, insurance, or benefits setting

โ€ข At least 1 year of practical knowledge of Medicare, including Medicare Advantage, Parts A/B/D, and supplemental plans

โ€ข Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems

โ€ข Excellent documentation, accuracy, and time-management abilities
