Working Student – HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Crafting and detailing HR processes, work instructions, and guidelines

• Developing process diagrams, summaries, and actionable guides

• Assisting in the creation and organization of HR tools, policies, and standards

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related degree program

• You take pleasure in organizing complex information systematically and documenting it clearly
