โข Collaborate with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to identify operational issues, prioritize improvements, and set success criteria.
โข Perform root cause analysis and spearhead current- and future-state process design employing Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches.
โข Create and transfer improvement plans to Project Managers for execution, ensuring alignment with desired future-state processes and measurable outcomes.
โข Redesign workflows, set KPIs, and document standardized processes and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, compliance, and employee experience.
โข Work in partnership with HRIS, technology, and change management teams to facilitate implementation, adoption, executive reporting, and ongoing sustainability; travel may be required up to 10% as necessary.
โข Over 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting, demonstrating success in leading enterprise-level process redesign projects.
โข Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) with a strong understanding of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project governance practices.
โข Proven capability to independently identify operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, and drive sustainable implementations in complex settings.
โข Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
โข Experience in healthcare, HR operations, and/or regulated environments, with preferred exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday.
