HR Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to identify operational issues, prioritize improvements, and set success criteria.

• Perform root cause analysis and spearhead current- and future-state process design employing Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven approaches.

• Create and transfer improvement plans to Project Managers for execution, ensuring alignment with desired future-state processes and measurable outcomes.

• Redesign workflows, set KPIs, and document standardized processes and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency, scalability, compliance, and employee experience.

• Work in partnership with HRIS, technology, and change management teams to facilitate implementation, adoption, executive reporting, and ongoing sustainability; travel may be required up to 10% as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting, demonstrating success in leading enterprise-level process redesign projects.

• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) with a strong understanding of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project governance practices.

• Proven capability to independently identify operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, and drive sustainable implementations in complex settings.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Experience in healthcare, HR operations, and/or regulated environments, with preferred exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday.
