📋 Description

• Lead a project-driven initiative to establish a comprehensive and precise job library for the organization.

• Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to review, draft, and revise job descriptions across various functional areas.

• Ensure job descriptions align with the organization's job architecture.

• Assist in assessing job levels, scope, and competencies to ensure alignment with career pathways and talent practices.

• Implement best practices for job description structure, language, and compliance considerations.

• Aid in the design, implementation, and continuous management of a centralized job description repository.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, support change management efforts, and provide regular status updates and final outcomes.

• Create or revise process documentation, templates, and user guides related to job description management.

• Assist HR with ad hoc initiatives pertaining to talent management, job architecture, or process improvement as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or graduate program in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to convert information into clear, succinct job descriptions.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in SharePoint or similar document management tools being an advantage.

• Skilled in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

• Proficient with AI tools and AI prompting.

• Familiarity with HR systems, job libraries, or content management tools.

• Interest in HR strategy, job design, and workforce planning.

• Previous HR internship or project experience (corporate or consulting).
