β’ Lead a project-driven initiative to establish a comprehensive and precise job library for the organization.
β’ Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to review, draft, and revise job descriptions across various functional areas.
β’ Ensure job descriptions align with the organization's job architecture.
β’ Assist in assessing job levels, scope, and competencies to ensure alignment with career pathways and talent practices.
β’ Implement best practices for job description structure, language, and compliance considerations.
β’ Aid in the design, implementation, and continuous management of a centralized job description repository.
β’ Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, support change management efforts, and provide regular status updates and final outcomes.
β’ Create or revise process documentation, templates, and user guides related to job description management.
β’ Assist HR with ad hoc initiatives pertaining to talent management, job architecture, or process improvement as required.
β’ Currently enrolled in a Bachelorβs or graduate program in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
β’ Excellent written communication skills with the capability to convert information into clear, succinct job descriptions.
β’ Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in SharePoint or similar document management tools being an advantage.
β’ Skilled in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
β’ Proficient with AI tools and AI prompting.
β’ Familiarity with HR systems, job libraries, or content management tools.
β’ Interest in HR strategy, job design, and workforce planning.
β’ Previous HR internship or project experience (corporate or consulting).
β’ Paid internship.
