Vice President, Healthcare Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of project managers, offering mentorship, guidance, and support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with client goals.

• Develop and execute project management strategies and methodologies.

• Utilize innovative working methods to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Interact with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to enhance project outcomes.

• Promote inclusivity, belonging, wellbeing, and a diverse workforce.

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities in collaboration with the business development team.

• Foster a sales-driven culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.

• Formulate client pursuit strategies, deliver effective pitches, secure new business, and execute projects across the PDS platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).

• Over 10 years of project management experience, with a proven record of successfully delivering complex projects in the Healthcare construction sector.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Proven capability in driving process improvements.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

• Exceptional client management skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships.

• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or Six Sigma (preferred).

• Experience in a global organization and working with multicultural and cross-functional teams (preferred).

• Familiarity with industry-leading project management software and technologies (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in business development and securing new project opportunities (preferred).

• Willingness to travel as necessary (preferred).

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
