This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement the organization’s Health and Wellness strategy in accordance with Watermark KPI’s and resident outcomes.
• Combine clinical, wellness, and dining initiatives into a unified framework that ensures consistency, accountability, and excellence throughout communities.
• Foster innovation in health delivery, dining experiences, and wellness programming, guided by data and performance metrics.
• Offer leadership in health data analytics to assess trends, evaluate outcomes, and support operational decisions.
• Provide executive guidance to Regional Directors of Health & Wellness, ensuring uniform application of policies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations across the various communities.
• Oversee quality assurance, survey readiness, and clinical risk management processes.
• Spearhead initiatives to provide a consistent and proactive resident health experience encompassing physical, cognitive, and nutritional aspects.
• Supervise the application of health data analytics to track clinical trends, outcomes, and opportunities for early intervention.
• Collaborate with Operations and Resident Experience teams to create and assess initiatives that improve resident well-being and satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight for all Dining and Nutrition operations within the organization.
• Set performance benchmarks for service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
• An active RN license is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site wellness operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical compliance, wellness program management, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across regions (25% to 35% Travel).
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
