Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis operations of the Company.

• Act as the primary strategic consultant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Executive Leadership Team (ET).

• Direct enterprise-wide resource allocation and portfolio investment evaluations.

• Represent the Finance department in communications with external stakeholders.

• Lead the financial assessment, due diligence, and integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions.

• Create and refine comprehensive financial models, forecasting techniques, and analytical resources.

• Supervise the reporting of financial performance.

• Collaborate closely with organizational leaders to synchronize financial strategies with business objectives.

• Spearhead the transformation of Finance processes and systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in finance leadership.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

• Experience working directly with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.

• Strong grasp of financial drivers within the biotechnology sector.

• Experience in supporting capital markets operations.
