Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models pertaining to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis while proactively identifying insights, trends, and solutions.

• Convert complex financial results into clear and understandable explanations for non-financial stakeholders.

• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the organization.

• Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, depth of analysis, and decision support.

• Design dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to aid leadership in decision-making.

• Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity in all financial outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Experience in a medium-sized or larger company (roles limited to startups or purely transactional positions are not suitable).

• Proficient hands-on experience with:

• Financial modeling.

• Forecasting and budgeting.

• Variance and performance analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; proficient in building models from the ground up.

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

• Proven experience utilizing AI in finance or analytical workflows.

• Strong business communication skills — capable of conveying financial results to non-financial leaders.

• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and operating in high-visibility environments.
