Freelance Recruiter, Accountancy and Finance Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Expand the Accountancy and Finance division throughout Cyprus and the UAE by leveraging an established client base.

• Forge new client partnerships within finance sectors including FinTech, Financial Services, FX/CFD, cryptocurrency, payments, and iGaming.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably with a specialization in accountancy and finance, whether from an agency or in-house talent acquisition.

• Proficient in English; Greek language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work independently on a high uncapped commission structure.

• An existing network or a reliable method to establish one throughout Cyprus and the surrounding region.
