Tokenization and Investment Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute daily fund flows:

• Coordinate settlements of stablecoins,

• supervise the issuance of tokenized shares (utilizing ERC-4626 and ERC-7540),

• manage intricate smart contract interactions, and

• operate workflows for MPC wallets: transaction policies, whitelists, and multisig approvals.

• Manage DeFi liquidity and routing:

• Direct cross-chain liquidity and

• integrate our tokenized RWA products into wider DeFi protocols,

• navigating ecosystems such as Sky, Aave, and Morpho.

• Construct intelligent monitoring:

• Create workflows that automate complex reconciliations between on-chain and off-chain systems,

• analyze wallet activities, token flows, and DeFi transactions to reveal operational and strategic insights,

• monitor the health of liquidity pools, and

• streamline regulatory reporting.

• Supervise risk and financial reporting:

• Maintain accurate transaction logs,

• prepare daily and monthly financial reports,

• collaborate with the fund administrator on fee and cost accounting,

• track metrics related to fund performance, and

• establish intelligent alerting systems.

• Collaborate across functions:

• Partner with the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

• You will translate the specific needs of asset managers into clear feedback and requirements that enhance the Centrifuge platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• TradFi Foundation:

• Over 1 year of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis,

• providing you with the context necessary to manage valuations, accruals, and investor reporting.

• DeFi Fluency:

• More than 1 year of practical experience navigating on-chain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges. Comfort in operating MPC wallets or multi-sig tools (such as Fireblocks, Safe) and reading on-chain data directly (Dune, Etherscan, Tenderly).

• You comprehend how capital flows within the ecosystem and settles natively.

• AI & Automation Readiness:

• Competence in data management (Excel, databases) along with basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.)

• or a proven ability to utilize LLMs and AI agents to analyze financial data and automate workflows.

• Attention to detail when validating accounting packages, monitoring on-chain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting directly with smart contracts.
