📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the financial control framework throughout the bank.

• Ensure strong governance, oversight of controls, accounting integrity, and management of financial risks across various products, processes, systems, and jurisdictions.

• Coordinate financial control issues across business units, operations, technology, finance, and transformation projects.

• Maintain consistency in accounting practices, reconciliation standards, reporting integrity, and adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.

• Supervise second-line monitoring activities related to sundry and suspense governance.

• Evaluate new products and process changes from a financial control and accounting viewpoint.

• Identify risks that emerge from system and operational modifications.

• Assist in automation, digitization, and control transformation initiatives across the bank.
