This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Act as the finance leader and an essential member of the division’s leadership team.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial leaders to develop and implement business strategy.
• Influence decisions regarding pricing, cost structures, operational footprint, resource allocation, and growth investments.
• Oversee full P&L performance, encompassing revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
• Identify initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.
• Provide insights into customer, product, and channel profitability.
• Lead the annual planning process, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
• Offer scenario planning, analytics, and forward-looking insights.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and transparency.
• Modernize FP&A processes through automation, scalable data solutions, and advanced analytics.
• Direct financial evaluation of acquisitions, including valuation and synergy modeling.
• Assist in deal execution and financial integration.
• Monitor post-acquisition performance and value realization.
• Assess and prioritize capital investments.
• Strengthen financial governance, reporting, and performance transparency.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, SOX regulations, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing finance team.
• Build capabilities in analytics, business partnership, and financial leadership.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Utilize data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance tools to enhance financial outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 15 years or more of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• 10 or more years of managing full P&L performance, revenue growth, operating margin improvement, and cost optimization.
• 5 or more years of experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Proven experience in leveraging data, analytics, and automation to enhance financial outcomes.
• Proficient knowledge of AI-enabled finance tools.
• Capability to translate advanced analytics and AI capabilities into practical business impact.
• Strong record of driving improvements in financial and operational performance.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Extensive expertise in FP&A, P&L management, and business collaboration.
• MBA with 5 or more years of senior finance leadership experience is preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• CMA certification is preferred.
