This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a key member of the Engagement Solutions Executive leadership team.
• Assist the service line, business unit, segment, and parent teams by converting strategy into financial plans.
• Identify and convey risks and opportunities within the forecast.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting for the designated business unit.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to deliver monthly financial results and forecast updates to leadership.
• Proactively conduct ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover key insights.
• Lead cross-functional finance and business transformation initiatives from inception to execution.
• Assess current-state processes, operating metrics, project financial performance, staffing models, revenue trends, and market dynamics.
• Direct the development, refinement, and implementation of KPIs.
• Cultivate a high-performing and collaborative work environment by setting performance objectives and encouraging continuous learning.
• Ensure that adequate resources, tools, and processes are established to build a robust finance team.
• 10-15 years of professional experience in finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• An advanced business degree or CPA certification is advantageous.
• Experience in the professional life sciences services industry is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of FP&A, Client Finance, project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, backlog analysis, staffing leverage, and business unit profitability drivers.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial controls, revenue recognition, compliance expectations, and best practices in finance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms such as Infor and Power BI.
• Intellectually curious, commercially oriented, and adept at translating complex financial data into clear and persuasive business narratives.
• Proven ability to influence senior business leaders by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Quick learner with exceptional strategic thinking, analytical judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
