Vice President, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CAO and CFO to establish and implement financial strategies that align with Centerstone’s strategic objectives, mission fulfillment, and sustainable development.

• Offer expert advice and analytical support to senior leadership to enhance organizational decision-making, forecasting, and resource management.

• Direct the creation of multi-year financial plans and long-term forecasts to guarantee fiscal sustainability and alignment with the mission.

• Supervise the development, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts in partnership with operational and regional leaders.

• Create and enhance key financial metrics and performance dashboards to assess operational performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• A Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) or CPA designation is highly preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit sectors.

• Proven track record in managing financial operations across multi-entity or multi-state environments.

• Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures with shared services or matrixed reporting.
