This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
• Acts as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and leaders in the C-suite within key Workplace benefit plan clients.
• Functions as the primary relationship manager for a select group of executives.
• Offers personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management support to clients.
• Integrates workplace benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans.
• Assists executives in making informed decisions that promote both immediate and long-term financial well-being.
• Delivers an exceptional client experience through ongoing consultation and relationship management.
• Drives client engagement, business growth, and enhances client satisfaction.
• Presents executive services offerings during business reviews.
• Cultivates new opportunities via referrals, seminars, and local events.
• Identifies strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships.
• Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is required.
• Must be able to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly encouraged.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning is necessary.
• Proven track record of sales success in the financial services industry.
• Experience with senior executives and employee benefit plans is essential.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong capability to assess clients' unique financial needs and recommend customized investment and planning solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% is required.
