This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as a trusted financial consultant to senior executives and C-suite leaders within primary Workplace benefit plan clients.
• Offer customized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment advice, and asset management assistance tailored to clients’ specific objectives.
• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan features into all-encompassing financial strategies.
• Assist executives in making well-informed decisions that support their short-term and long-term financial health.
• Provide an exceptional client experience through continuous consultation and relationship management.
• Collaborate as part of a team that includes managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.
• Promote client engagement, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Present executive services offerings during business review meetings.
• Develop new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.
• Identify strategies to increase assets under management and strengthen client relationships.
• Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain an insurance license within six months of employment.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly encouraged.
• At least 10 years of experience in direct investment sales and financial planning.
• Proven success in sales within the financial services sector.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and managing employee benefit plans.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong aptitude for assessing clients' distinct financial needs and recommending customized investment and planning solutions.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• In-depth knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both individual and group contexts.
• Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.
