This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Act as a reliable financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key clients of the Workplace benefit plan.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a designated group of executives.
• Offer tailored financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment advice, and asset management assistance.
• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan provisions into holistic financial plans.
• Provide ongoing consultation and relationship management to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.
• Drive client engagement, business growth, and overall client satisfaction.
• Present executive services offerings during business reviews.
• Foster new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.
• Identify strategies to enhance assets under management and broaden client relationships.
• Deliver planning and guidance for Fidelity's Workplace Investing executive clients within the Personal Investing business unit.
• Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is mandatory.
• Must be able to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly encouraged.
• At least 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning is necessary.
• A proven history of sales success in the financial services sector.
• Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong capability to assess clients' specific financial needs and recommend customized investment and planning solutions.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Comprehensive understanding of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Strong territory management skills alongside the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
