This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance TRR's technical operations strategy across essential networking, endpoint/device management, and infrastructure that supports corporate, retail, and authentication center locations.
β’ Spearhead enterprise AI enablement throughout the organization, fostering the adoption and governance of enterprise AI platforms like Google Gemini Enterprise.
β’ Oversee enterprise application support and develop the roadmap for systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Okta, and others.
β’ Establish and refine enterprise incident and problem management practices, which include real-time response, escalation, root-cause analysis, and preventative measures.
β’ Ensure dependable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and connectivity for retail outlets and authentication centers.
β’ Collaborate with Product & Technology leadership to synchronize technical operations with enterprise architecture and AI platform strategies.
β’ Define and manage SLAs, operational metrics, and vendor relationships across managed services, telecom, and SaaS providers.
β’ Attract, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing technical operations team.
β’ Promote automation and self-service within IT operations to minimize manual tasks.
β’ Act as an escalation point and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders regarding technology operations, risk, and resilience.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive leadership in technical operations, including experience managing enterprise IT/infrastructure at scale in a multi-site setting.
β’ Proven success in leading enterprise AI enablement projects, implementing and promoting the adoption of enterprise AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
β’ Extensive hands-on expertise in core networking, endpoint/device management (MDM), and infrastructure that supports distributed retail or field locations.
β’ Strong history of managing enterprise applications like NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Okta, or similar systems.
β’ Demonstrated capability in establishing and operating mature incident and problem management functions, including postmortem analysis and continuous improvement processes.
β’ A people-first leadership approach with a proven track record of attracting, developing, and empowering top talent.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with leaders in Security, Product & Technology, Finance, and Retail Operations.
β’ Comfort in operating within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, with experience in presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10%.
β’ Preferred: Experience with enterprise AI adoption and agentic workflows.
β’ Preferred: Background in e-commerce or marketplace technology.
β’ Preferred: Experience in managing vendor partnerships and budgets.
