• Utilize your skills and expertise to generate new pipeline opportunities through both inbound leads and team prospecting.
• Identify, nurture, and develop champions within each account.
• Collaborate with executives to implement tailored and thoughtful growth strategies for prospective accounts.
• Work alongside the internal support ecosystem to enhance the value of each engagement.
• Strategically develop and execute territory and account plans aimed at achieving both company and personal revenue growth objectives.
• Engage with VP and Executive Level contacts within targeted accounts that align with the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Manage all facets of the sales cycle, including proposals, scoping, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Foster and enhance relationships with the prospect buying committee.
• 15 years of experience in Martech/ESP Enterprise Sales.
• Ability to strategically design a territory and account execution playbook.
• Proven experience in collaborating within a diverse supporting ecosystem.
• Candidates with a background in selling SaaS platforms to marketing and information technology teams in the following areas will have a competitive advantage during their interview: Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Email Service Providers (ESP), BI & Analytics, Omni-Channel Orchestration, Web/Email Personalization, or platforms aimed at enhancing customer experience.
• Create business opportunities through dedicated professional research, prospecting, and cold calling, employing strategic methods to establish meaningful and relevant conversations with prospects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and up-to-date pipeline data.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
