📋 Description

• Construct and expand Coaction's proprietary energy underwriting platform.

• Formulate and implement disciplined underwriting strategies.

• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new energy products for Coaction.

• Oversee and enhance a crucial existing delegated partnership.

• Propel profitable growth in a strategically important segment for the company.

• Collaborate closely with Coaction's current delegated energy programs to ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior professional in energy underwriting with extensive knowledge of upstream and midstream property and casualty risks.

• Established credibility with reinsurance and capacity providers, backed by a history of profitable underwriting.

• Strong technical expertise in energy risks, policy structures, pricing, capacity allocation, limits management, and portfolio aggregation.

• Innovative thinker capable of utilizing Coaction's strengths to create and develop unique offerings that excel in the energy insurance sector.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage a successful portfolio of energy business.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of the US energy insurance market, encompassing both primary and excess lines.

• Established connections throughout the US energy insurance landscape, including retail and wholesale producers as well as domestic and international reinsurance partners.

• Willingness and capability to travel as necessary to engage with distribution partners, insured parties, risk managers, and internal stakeholders.
