• Designing and implementing an enterprise delivery strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, while scaling delivery operations across all product offerings.
• Establishing and maintaining delivery frameworks, operational mechanisms, and governance standards to guarantee consistent and reliable delivery results.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders to outline delivery roadmaps, resource models, and capacity planning strategies.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance delivery operations, boost efficiency, and advance processes.
• Laying the groundwork for a professional services organization to accommodate ongoing changes and customizations.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing leaders along with their respective teams.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within delivery functions.
• Offering thought leadership and direction on delivery best practices, talent development, and organizational structure.
• Promoting high-performance behaviors within the delivery organization.
• Overseeing the execution of delivery cycles for each product line, ensuring commitments regarding quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction are met or surpassed.
• Setting KPIs and dashboards to track delivery performance, foresee risks, and enable early mitigation.
• Managing and optimizing resource allocation, capacity management, utilization targets, and cross-functional workflow alignment.
• Acting as the executive point of contact for delivery performance throughout the organization.
• Over 12 years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or related fields.
• More than 7 years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers.
• Proven success in leading large, matrixed delivery organizations that support multiple products or business lines.
• Comprehensive understanding of delivery methodologies and best-practice frameworks.
• Demonstrated capability to drive operational transformation, implement scalable processes, and enhance delivery maturity.
• Outstanding executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex delivery environments.
• Previous responsibility for P&L related delivery metrics, including revenue realization, utilization, and efficiency.
• Prior experience in authorization or utilization management operations, preferably within a healthcare or payer context.
• Background in collaborating across product management, engineering, customer success, or sales organizations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile certifications, or similar qualifications.
