This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Partner with health system clients on various intricate projects.
β’ Deliver practical and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
β’ Evaluate the existing performance of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations.
β’ Perform interviews, observations, document reviews, data analysis, and process evaluations.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clients and identify opportunities to enhance their business and financial results.
β’ Lead the successful deployment of our product and service offerings with both new and existing clients.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management, along with management consulting or advisory services.
β’ More than 5 years of revenue cycle experience, covering Patient Access and Billing.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing large-scale parallel transitions.
β’ Proficiency in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operational management.
β’ Strong knowledge in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance enhancement.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
