This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement an outbound prospecting strategy aimed at engaging employers from various sectors that demonstrate strong CSR/ESG commitments and have the capacity to make significant donations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to finalizing partnership agreements, including pitch development, navigating multiple stakeholders, and closing deals.
• Engage with executive leadership in HR, benefits, and CSR/ESG departments, presenting the EFTC as a transformative employee benefit and a corporate social impact opportunity.
• Maintain a pipeline of employer prospects with strict CRM discipline, providing weekly updates on partnership goals.
• Seek and cultivate partnerships with payroll, HR, and related platform companies to incorporate EFTC donation functionalities into employee portals.
• Establish connections with platform business development, product, and partnership teams to position EducationSuperHighway as a preferred SGO and giving infrastructure ally.
• Investigate co-marketing and partnership models that foster long-term engagement and promotion on platforms.
• Create a replicable sales process, pitch library, objection handling strategies, and partner onboarding workflows that a growing team can efficiently execute.
• Assemble and lead a team in anticipation of the 2027 EFTC launch.
• Work closely with the Employer Success Manager to ensure seamless transitions and deliver a high-quality experience for partners.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, enterprise business development, or platform partnerships, with a proven history of closing intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from the ground up and successfully close deals in a pioneering, startup, or uncertain environment.
• Experience in selling to HR, People, Benefits, or CSR leaders at enterprise and/or mid-market organizations.
• Outstanding executive presence; capable of engaging with a CEO or CHRO and navigating an internal sales process involving multiple stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and adept at starting initiatives from scratch.
• Proven experience in building and leading a sales or partnerships team.
• Innovative thinker who is quick to utilize AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
