This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead and enhance the inorganic growth strategy for a technology-driven healthcare services platform.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of M&A and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and private equity partners.
• Identify, assess, and implement investment opportunities.
• Influence decisions made by the CEO, board of directors, and senior leadership team.
• Keep track of the competitive and regulatory environment.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships to ensure a robust deal flow.
• Organize and prioritize the acquisition pipeline effectively.
• Direct all facets of due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation until closure.
• Engage with the firm’s private equity sponsor and board members.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
• Significant involvement in 5–10 full-cycle M&A transactions, from thesis through closure and integration.
• A demonstrated history of contributing to complex deals from start to finish.
• Direct experience in leading or significantly contributing to discussions at the investment committee and board level.
• Proven experience in managing the complete deal lifecycle — from thesis through closure and integration — across 5–10 transactions.
• An established network within investment banks, private equity firms, and intermediaries.
• Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical assessments.
• Extensive experience within healthcare services, healthcare technology, or provider markets.
• Experience in communicating strategic initiatives to a diverse internal audience.
