This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by providing leadership and strategic direction to clients.
• Formulate suitable strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization.
• Spearhead proposals, bids, extensions, and recompetes, ensuring competitive proposal design and pricing that aligns with market standards.
• Foster a growth-oriented mindset for cross-enterprise collaboration with other divisions of Altarum.
• Keep a strong understanding of market conditions, pricing strategies, and technological innovations.
• Develop and nurture talent to ensure the future success of the organization.
• Strategically recruit, hire, and cultivate teams, including mentoring Account Directors in growth and client relations.
• Oversee and ensure quality control for all client accounts within their portfolio.
• Promote growth, productivity, and measurable impact in tangible ways.
• Ensure that individual portfolio accounts are both profitable and sustainable.
• Create and implement innovative and creative solutions for account teams.
• Work alongside Account Directors to manage contract-level performance, budgeting, and risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
• Achieve a high level of client satisfaction throughout the portfolio.
• Engage with corporate support functions such as finance, legal, contracts, marketing, and communications to address and manage data requests, contract concerns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience; a health focus is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex teams.
• Prior experience with communications firms and/or government or government consulting is strongly preferred.
• A Master's degree or Ph.D. is an advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with key stakeholders and clients.
• Action-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with federal contracting rules and standards.
• Lead mission-driven, health-focused initiatives that assist clients in enhancing outcomes and generating significant impact.
• Become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of strategists, communicators, and subject matter experts within Palladian Partners and the larger Altarum Enterprise.
• Influence growth and innovation by managing integrated accounts, enhancing client relationships, and expanding capabilities and solutions.
• Cultivate people and teams through active leadership, coaching, and a dedication to a transparent, results-oriented environment.
