This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +4 more states.
• Implement Red Hat's transformative vision to provide an outstanding customer experience for hybrid cloud, resulting in increased adoption of Red Hat technologies, including our Ecosystem.
• Work in close collaboration with all North America Commercial Sales leaders to align efforts and ensure optimal outcomes for our customers and partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure that Services in North America Commercial are aligned with the Red Hat subscription footprint and growth.
• Propel Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Management initiatives across the geographical region.
• Enhance our emphasis on Customer-centric Value as we transition business models from prepaid annual to consumptive models that accommodate enterprise commitments, supported by world-class Red Hat Services offerings.
• Collaborate with the Americas Services Leader and other regional functional groups to maintain consistent strategy and execution.
• Define, manage, and optimize a proactive and cross-functionally aligned operating model, ensuring consistent customer value realization by design.
• Achieve success metrics and KPIs related to Services P&L responsibilities and NPS.
• Over 10 years in a leadership/management role, guiding high-performance services and delivery teams.
• Proven experience and determination to drive transformational change within a large enterprise organization.
• Customer service orientation, with the capability to manage multiple priority projects while ensuring high satisfaction for customers and partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a distributed, multicultural organization in a global and geo matrix.
• A successful track record of collaborating with partners on large enterprise sales initiatives.
• A combined background in customer success, services, partner relations, and sales experience, preferably with a history in P&L management.
• Deep understanding of the financial and operational value drivers in both recurring and transactional revenue business models.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and ecosystems, fostering win-win relationships that prioritize the customer's best interests while scaling the business at the market level.
• Empathy for customers and partners, alongside a strong passion for revenue generation and growth.
• An analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with exceptional presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or analytical discipline; a graduate degree in management is preferred.
