This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to create a strong pipeline and consistently surpass annual sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and finalize new business opportunities with employer groups through a consultative sales methodology.
• Act as a trusted advisor to benefits executives, healthcare consultants, brokers, and other essential stakeholders by comprehending their business priorities and aligning Progyny's solutions to meet their needs.
• Become a subject matter expert on Progyny's Family Building solution and provide engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with benefits consultants and other market influencers to generate new opportunities and expedite sales.
• Collect customer and market insights and collaborate with internal teams to help shape commercial strategies and product development.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Implementation teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Keep up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Progyny's unique value proposition.
• Over 8 years of experience in selling healthcare benefits, healthcare technology, or point solutions to large employer groups.
• Proven success in working with or selling through national benefits consulting firms and advisors that impact employer purchasing decisions.
• A demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Exceptional executive presence with the capability to build credibility and influence senior decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM for managing pipelines, forecasting, and tracking opportunities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• A passion for enhancing access to family building benefits and advancing innovative healthcare solutions.
• Must be willing to travel up to 30% for client meetings, industry conferences, and internal meetings.
