This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy, execution, and outcomes of Midi’s B2B commercial marketing division.
• Create and oversee a multidisciplinary marketing team.
• Advance Midi’s branding beyond direct-to-consumer initiatives.
• Craft B2B messaging and positioning tailored for payers, employers, and health systems.
• Design and implement data-driven account-based marketing strategies for enterprise clients.
• Develop and scale MarTech infrastructure ensuring attribution and comprehensive data visibility.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance marketing operations, increase content output, and boost campaign effectiveness.
• Establish thought-leadership initiatives in collaboration with clinical and research teams, measuring their impact on the pipeline.
• Track competitive and market intelligence, translating findings into strategic positioning and product marketing decisions.
• Oversee the commercial marketing strategy, budget, KPIs, and P&L.
• Propel pipeline contribution, influence revenue, and improve LTV/CAC metrics.
• Facilitate scalable member acquisition through experimentation, message optimization, and multi-channel strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership on marketing collateral, training, RFP assistance, and content for various deal stages.
• Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing organization.
• Foster executive alignment and represent commercial marketing at the leadership level.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on building, scaling, and managing high-performing marketing teams and budgets.
• Experience in fast-paced environments; preference for backgrounds in healthcare, digital health, or regulated B2B/B2B2C sectors.
• Proven history of owning key business metrics such as pipeline, revenue influence, or LTV/CAC.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Direct experience in marketing to and establishing credibility with payers, employers, and health systems.
• Proficiency with contemporary marketing automation and MarTech stacks; familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Authentic passion and practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance team efficiency, speed, and creative output.
• Experience managing a substantial marketing budget effectively.
• Demonstrated success in architecting and executing data-informed ABM strategies for large enterprise accounts.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at the CMO, C-suite, and board levels.
• Capability to translate strategic concepts into engaging narratives for non-marketers.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong leadership skills, encompassing hiring, mentoring, and retaining marketing professionals.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
