Vice President, Clinical Technology - Portfolio Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product development function, which includes formulating product vision and strategy.

• Define future product requirements and enhancements.

• Drive the creation of profitable, engaging, and user-friendly products across all business units.

• Lead the strategy and governance for the enterprise UM portfolio.

• Collaborate with clinical technology vendors and partners in product development.

• Align roadmap priorities and ensure SLA accountability.

• Manage end-to-end delivery for prior authorization, concurrent review, and clinical correspondence workflows.

• Facilitate the deployment of AI-enabled and other technological capabilities throughout the UM lifecycle.

• Establish frameworks for operational effectiveness that measure productivity, accuracy, and throughput improvements.

• Own the enterprise ROI and KPI measurement framework for UM technology investments.

• Develop and manage the strategy for product development.

• Create and supervise the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals, market trends, competitive landscape, and client and consumer needs.

• Drive innovation in clinical, digital, and data/analytics products.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 8 years of experience in clinical technology.

• A thorough understanding of the member journey.
