📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level leadership for intricate client relationships, interpreting client requirements and business opportunities into effective solutions.

• Establish and maintain long-lasting client partnerships through profound strategic insight and robust executional leadership.

• Collaborate across functions to guarantee seamless delivery and alignment with client objectives.

• Lead global teams to provide solutions accurately and punctually while promoting continuous improvements in data quality.

• Manage operational performance metrics and support Complete Excellence initiatives through disciplined application of Daily Management System (DMS) routines.

• Spearhead continuous improvement and structured problem-solving efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes for the grocery client portfolio and Global Operations.

• Identify opportunities to boost client satisfaction through enhanced database reporting, executive-level analysis, and technology-driven efficiencies.

• Capture and convert project requirements into clear specifications to facilitate successful execution.

• Drive efficiencies across teams to enhance delivery excellence, productivity, cost-effectiveness, and waste elimination through partnerships on core technology projects and the implementation of micro-automations.

• Act as a liaison with global teams and third-party partners to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree

• Strong leadership capabilities; must effectively lead teams, be approachable, and inspire trust.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with professional etiquette.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and openness to change.

• Quick decision-maker and creative thinker, possessing excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic, maintaining calmness and composure during uncertain times.

• Strong operational skills; capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

• Proven experience in managing and enforcing processes, improvement initiatives, and compliance.

• Demonstrated technical skills, including proficiency with Excel and data management tools; experience with Unify is preferred.

• Ability to work across cultures and time zones with a strategic perspective.

• Understanding of AI fundamentals is demonstrated; experience with Co-Pilot and automation tools is preferred.

• Travel as business needs dictate (<10%); amount may vary depending on the candidate's location.

• Flexible work schedule to accommodate night and weekend responsibilities when necessary.
