• Deliver Insight-Driven Solutions: Transform intricate data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work alongside internal teams (such as Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to provide integrated solutions and ensure the success of our clients.
• Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of trends in the CPG sector to establish Circana as a thought leader and a trusted advisor.
• Foster Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Develop and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders within client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
• Leverage Sales Tools and Platforms: Utilize Circana’s proprietary platforms (such as Unify+, Liquid Data, Liquid AI) to facilitate client engagement and solution delivery.
• Advocate for Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently delivering value.
• Advanced Analytical & Storytelling Capabilities: Proven ability to conceive, manage, and present fact-based analyses in a narrative format, focusing on consumer solutions to provide clients with clear, actionable insights for strategic development.
• Over 10 years of experience in Circana-oriented CPG syndicated market research.
• Strong proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS), Consumer Panel, and Syndicated Data.
• Required experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/NielsenIQ/Numerator, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to convert data into clear, actionable insights for branding and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive “go-getter” who is eager to advance their career through diligence and a positive attitude.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally and influence others without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to structure recommendations with limited information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
