This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the strategic vision, operational framework, objectives, and long-term plan for the Client Management division.
• Act as the executive sponsor and strategic leader for vital relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Represent the client's perspective in executive leadership conversations, influencing organizational priorities, service models, and business decisions.
• Foster accountability across the enterprise for client experience, satisfaction, retention, and the performance of strategic relationships.
• Take ownership of client retention results across the business portfolio, implementing strategies to enhance executive relationships, strengthen long-term partnerships, and proactively manage renewal and at-risk situations.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic account planning and monitoring of client health, identifying retention risks early and coordinating cross-functional responses to safeguard and enhance client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Growth leadership to assist in pursuing new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, and delivering finalist presentations, bringing client management expertise and operational credibility to winning strategies.
• Recognize and analyze trends at the client level across the business portfolio—encompassing utilization patterns, formulary dynamics, satisfaction metrics, and emerging client needs—and convert these insights into actionable strategies for individual clients and AffirmedRx as a whole.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Client Management leadership team and broader organization.
• Promote organizational effectiveness, succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategy.
• BA/BS degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in PBM, healthcare, pharmacy, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in leading client management, account management, or client strategy teams.
• Proven success in managing relationships with executive-level clients, brokers, consultants, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional business acumen, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
