Vice President, Client Engagement – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide client and agency product teams.

• Create and execute integrated marketing strategies in line with strategic goals.

• Oversee the creative development across various communication platforms.

• Act as the main point of contact with client product directors and marketing strategy directors regarding brand and business matters.

• Direct and coordinate activities among agency departments.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports and present findings to client brand management.

• Develop strategies to expand business with existing accounts.

• Oversee and engage in new-business development efforts.

• Manage account team members, assess performance, allocate projects, and review progress.

• Foster client engagement and drive organic business growth through strong client relationships.

• Handle account budgets, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

• Promote and embed company culture within the team.

• Ensure an exceptional client customer service experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a dynamic agency setting.

• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional agency teams.

• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
