This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee the delivery and ongoing enhancement initiatives of the Enterprise Change Enablement Office.
• Integrate program and project management expertise with process improvement skills to facilitate Mission Simplify.
• Take ownership of the delivery methodology, portfolio transparency, project coordination framework, dependency management, continuous improvement strategies, and enterprise problem-solving practices.
• Lead the Director of Change Enablement along with eight Program Managers associated with transformation workstream business leaders.
• Align the Enterprise Change delivery methodology with the L-gate program lifecycle, playbook, and template library.
• Manage escalations and report portfolio-level risks to the Chief Transformation Officer.
• Conduct the Portfolio Execution Review session with the Chief Transformation Officer and the Director of Change Enablement.
• Perform performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship for Program Managers.
• Establish and maintain continuous improvement practices to simplify processes, minimize waste, resolve recurring issues, and ensure measurable advancements.
• Identify, establish, and quantify tangible financial and non-financial business advantages.
• Report portfolio KPI and ROI metrics to the Chief Transformation Officer.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities as required.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Equivalent experience can replace the required degree, gained through relevant knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills indicative of the position level.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Change Management, Business Strategy, Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Certifications in Change Management methodologies such as PROSCI or CCMP are highly desirable.
