This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Lead the national strategy, design, and execution of comprehensive care and support initiatives.
• Provide executive oversight for the Association’s 24/7 Contact Center.
• Supervise the implementation of randomized control trials for core programs.
• Act as a national thought leader and subject matter expert.
• Represent the Association in interactions with media, donors, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the operations of online programs and educational offerings.
• Provide executive oversight for the design and development of care navigation services.
• Oversee the daily operations of the helpline.
• Serve as the primary contact for Major Gifts and Foundations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Master’s degree in social services, aging, business, or a related field.
• Doctoral degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and implementing nationwide campaigns.
• At least 10 years of experience in person-centered care and culture change.
• Over 10 years of experience in grants management and operations.
• A minimum of 10 years of nonprofit management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of dementia care and support programs.
• Expertise in person-centered care and culture change delivery systems.
• Proficiency in implementing quality improvement measures across delivery systems.
• Exceptional and proven skills in consensus building.
• Proficient in managing complex relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in product and market development.
• Proven communicator and spokesperson for quality dementia care.
