This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and key decision-makers that can lead to revenue generation.
• Build strong relationships to effectively close deals and provide solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Management Team, C-Level executives, and other departments throughout the sales cycle to enhance client accounts, establish a solid foundation, and foster cross-team relationships to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
• Participate in industry conferences to network and create new sales opportunities.
• Travel to meet with prospects, current clients, and referral sources.
• Oversee the product and sales territory assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Achieve or surpass targets related to sales, quality, and service.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Experience in B2B sales methodology.
• Preferred experience in sales/account management within the capital markets and loan servicing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in creating effective strategies and business plans for all sales functions.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com, Zoho) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to self-manage, work remotely, and thrive in a small team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Must be able to manage a variety of tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Familiarity with the capital markets and loan servicing industry is a plus.
