This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships and partnerships with our key referral partners to enhance loyalty and boost patient referrals to LifeStance.
• Work alongside the SVP of Business Development and other leaders in the field to create a national strategy and implementation plan aimed at increasing awareness of and directing referrals to our clinical services.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for growth within existing referral partnerships.
• Address and resolve any barriers or challenges faced by referral sources that disrupt a smooth patient referral process.
• Build and sustain trust with essential stakeholders, both within and outside of LifeStance.
• Collaborate with LifeStance’s marketing team on the development of collateral and educational materials.
• In conjunction with LifeStance’s clinical leadership, organize educational initiatives to engage potential referral sources.
• Stay informed about industry trends, assess market dynamics, and analyze competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.
• Aid in maintaining an up-to-date, thorough, and organized customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Proactively pinpoint areas of underperformance (e.g., partners experiencing a decline in referral volume) and implement corrective measures.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in account management and/or business development (BD), preferably within healthcare services.
• Experience in the behavioral health industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proven history of expanding a portfolio and successfully meeting targets.
• Capable of analyzing both structured and unstructured data.
• A strong passion for mental healthcare and alignment with LifeStance’s mission.
